DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We offer free shipping worldwide, no matter your order quantity.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
Our ambition is to ship to you as soon as possible, most likely the same day! Right now we do offer free shipping. The delivery time depends on where you're ordering your product to. Please have a look down below for more information:
- Sweden: 1-2 days.
- Europe: 2-4 days.
- Outside Europe: 5-11 days. Depending on where you're located.
PS: These days may variey depending on if it's holiday season or not.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us at email@example.com and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.
HOW DO I RETURN / CHANGE AN ITEM?
You can return products within 14 days. Please send us the parcel back to us, at Get It Done Brand Sweden, Kalmgatan 44, 121 45 Johanneshov, Sweden. When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging size we will pay for the shipping back to you with the new size. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels and box etc. Add a note with your order nr and information regarding the change/return.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you are fast and we haven’t shipped it yet we might be able to help you. Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM YOU AFTER I’VE PLACED AN ORDER?
Yes, when you are finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t received an order or shipping confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us at email@example.com.
ARE THERE ANY DUTIES ADDED?
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are added once your package reaches your country. Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
